I had an excellent experience throughout this entire process. The online site was easy to navigate, on appointment day I was provided clear instructions on available parking and how to best prepare my face. During the appointment my physical limitations were accommodated and I was calm and comfortable throughout. The aftercare instructions were clear and the go bag was personalized. So cute! I will definitely be booking again :)
